Match format same as regular season matches. Eligible players for post-season are rostered and must have played twice in the regular season. (Actual play, not defaults count.)

Match scorecards to be completed with player names for each set, including subs.

Substitutions are allowed at any point in the match. Subs may not return to the category set he/she has left; i.e. player leaves #1 women's doubles remains out of women's doubles.

In mixed doubles, the captain designates a 1st and 2nd mixed doubles team and courts. In the case of split sets, the 2nd team plays a 13-point tiebreaker to determine the winner. The tiebreaker is considered a 3rd set, with the first team to reach 7 by a margin of two points.

Win-loss record determines final standings.
